Most of the time, however, when I stop to think about it we really don’t eat that much meat at all. Our main diet in our home is mainly salads, fruits, vegetables and pasta’s occasionally grilled organic chicken and wild caught fish.
I love vegetarian cookbooks and I have quite a few of them in my collection. I would like to recommend three cookbooks that I keep using time and time again because I simply love the recipes and the huge variety of delicious vegetarian meals they offer. These are the ones I always use when I want to make vegetarian dishes that I think are out standing! I’ve used these recipes to serve a totally vegetarian dinner to my family and also for dinner parties. No one misses the meat at all!
